Rotterdam ( from amsterdam centraal - rotterdam centraal takes 45 mins or 1:12 depending which train u book,price with Price with e-ticket € 17,90 each way max if u travel before 10 am 12.53 euro after10 am), from rotterdam to amsterdam after 7 pm in the evnin its 14.32 euro pp (off peak hours) The price is based on travelling with an OV-chipcard. Also if u don want to walk all the way thru consider day pass for the city (a lot cheaper to buy a day pass for 9.50 EUR) or ov chipkarrt works
